Hank founded the Red halo and tried it on. He could fly, and teleported to Jebus and The Grunt.
He saw them fighting a Scientist...Whoever revived him must've been the Retainer.
Hank also noticed himself on the ground, a AT4 cracks on Antipathy Hank who got injected.
(also jebus' white clothes were stolen.)

Because They were in under control of the Retainer. (only if the explosion killed them)
If you know why They're killing their Scientists when they are allies, it is because they were controlled from The Retainer. Somehow, the other one was not in under control of the Retainer.
